Our April Employee Spotlight shines on Ben Hyland, Distributor Territory Manager for eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and southern New Jersey. Working closely with distributors, sales agencies, and partners, Ben helps strengthen relationships in Keystone’s own backyard through product training, meetings, lunch-and-learns, and ongoing support that keeps Keystone top of mind. At the heart of his role, Ben sees himself as an educator—helping distributors deepen their knowledge of Keystone while building the kind of long-term relationships that matter.

Ben grew up around the lighting industry and has worked across all kinds of roles, from truck driver and warehouse to counter sales and inside sales, before joining Keystone during COVID and growing into his current position. For Ben, what makes Keystone special is how much the company has grown while staying true to its Core Values and supporting one another along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, fly fishing, and spending time with family—and he’s also on a mission to visit all 30 Major League baseball stadiums, with 22 already checked off the list.

Our March Employee Spotlight shines on Connor Clark, an Order Processor who helps keep the engine of our customer experience running smoothly. From reviewing incoming orders to verifying details and coordinating with Sales, Connor plays a key role in making sure customers receive exactly what they need — accurately and on time.

Connor joined Keystone about a year and a half ago after working as a daycare teacher, and she quickly found what makes the company special: the supportive community and positive energy across teams. Whether keeping orders moving or bringing a great attitude to the office, Connor reflects what it means to Value People every day. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, trips to Dave & Buster’s, and watching scary movies — with Scream topping her list.

At Keystone, our people are what make everything possible.

Across all of our locations this week, we took time to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day — a small way to recognize the energy, creativity, and commitment our team brings every day. From food trucks and sweet treats to a little friendly competition with Keystone Quizzo, it was a great reminder of how much fun it is when the whole team comes together.

Moments like this reflect what our Core Values are all about — Value People, Grow Passionately, and support one another as we work toward shared goals.

Grateful for this team and everything they do to make Keystone such a special place to work.

New Product: More Flexibility. Better Light. Fewer SKUs.

Keystone’s next generation of Essentials lamps now features 5 selectable color temperatures (2700/3000/3500/4000/5000K) — delivering broader application coverage, improved light quality, and greater jobsite flexibility. At the same time, we’ve reduced SKUs by nearly two-thirds, making stocking simpler for distributors and selection easier for contractors.

With expanded lamp shapes, upgraded optics, and available high-CRI performance, Essentials are built to cover more jobs with fewer decisions.

New Product-Keystone Ventra™: High Output. Compact Design. Built to Last.

Keystone’s new Ventra™ High-Output LED HID Replacement Lamps deliver bold illumination in a compact form factor engineered for demanding enclosed applications. Packing high lumen output into tight spaces requires serious thermal control — and Ventra is designed around it.

An integrated cooling fan acts as a core system component, actively managing heat to protect performance and extend life. Precision ball bearings in higher wattage models maintain consistent airflow and reduce wear, ensuring reliability where it matters most.

With up to 71,000 lumens, efficacy reaching 174 lm/W, and field-adjustable Power Select and Color Select, Ventra gives contractors flexibility without sacrificing output. It’s a high-performance HID replacement backed by Keystone reliability.
