UPDATE: The fiber cut has been repaired. Thank you for your patience and to our crew for working so hard to get it fixed!

We are currently investigating a suspected fiber cut in the area that is impacting services. At this time, customers may experience issues with long-distance calling as well as calls from cellular phones to landlines.
This outage is affecting the United service area. In the TMC area, long-distance calling may also be impacted if your carrier is MCI.
Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as they become available.

The phones at the Langdon location are experiencing issues receiving calls from certain areas. Hopefully they will get the fiber cut resolved shortly!
