⚽ We had a blast this weekend watching the community play on our RageTurf mini field in the heart of downtown Lancaster during the International Soccer Watch Party & Festival!

From the energy of the Street Soccer Matches to the Kid’s Soccer Clinics with Lancaster Inferno, it was incredible to see so many young athletes and families come together to celebrate the game.

Creating playgrounds that are both inclusive and visually connected to the natural environment is a challenge many parks and communities face.

At Mississippi Gateway Regional Park in Brooklyn Park, MN, that challenge became an opportunity.

Surface America’s PlayBound™ Poured-in-Place surfacing was selected for the Hillside Play Area along the park’s scenic Treetop Trail to deliver accessibility, durability, and safety, all while maintaining the organic look and feel of the surrounding landscape.

The 421-square-foot installation provides inclusive play access for visitors of all ages and abilities using natural, neutral tones that blend seamlessly into the environment.

Installed by JC Safety Surfacing, the project demonstrates how Surface America helps communities create safer, more welcoming outdoor spaces that perform for the long term.

A completed study from the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment is adding new weight to what many community leaders already know: recycled rubber enables safe, sustainable, all-season play.

Rubber News covered it, and Program Director Scott Ge**er put it simply: "We want to encourage young people to be more active, more healthy... and crumb rubber enables safe, sustainable all-season play."
