Read captions if you feel the need to “coach” my process. 2026 was a struggle. There will come a day when shade will force the green to close permanently- BUT NOT YET! My green is also my nursery. I can pull 2” plugs and they heal in 3-4 weeks. I use these plugs to repair damage and thin areas. My green is sand on top of clay. Built up over 3 1/2 years of topdressing. Not ideal but gets better every year doing this method 2x a year. golf
