The Fundamentals of Steel Bridge Engineering coursework from AISC and the National Steel Bridge Alliance gives educators practical resources for introducing students to the design and construction of steel bridges.
🌉 The materials provide a bridge-specific complement to traditional structural engineering coursework while helping students understand how classroom concepts apply to real-world projects.
🎓 Educators can use the coursework in its entirety or select individual topics to supplement existing classes.

High Steel Structures Sales Manager Dave Buckwalter has retired after 55 years of service. Dave holds the distinction of being the High Companies' longest-tenured full-time employee.

Dave began his High Steel journey in 1971, as a Fitter. Over the years, Dave's career led him to roles in engineering, CADD, and marketing. In 2002, Dave was promoted to Sales Manager. From the shop floor to more than two decades of sales excellence, Dave's career journey reflects his deep commitment to High Steel and the customers we serve.

The High Steel Sales Department hosted a retirement luncheon on July 6, bringing together family and colleagues to celebrate and share memories.
Please join us in wishing Dave all the best in a well-deserved retirement. Congratulations, Dave, and thank you for 55 remarkable years with High Steel Structures!
