We had the pleasure of hosting Weston, a Lancaster High School student, for a job shadow at SEM today!

Weston spent time learning about what we do here from machining and fabrication to how our team works together to keep projects moving. It’s always great to give students a behind-the-scenes look at real-world careers and the opportunities available in manufacturing.

We had the pleasure of hosting a student from Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools Pre-Engineering program for a job shadow today!

She spent the afternoon touring each department on our machine shop floor and getting a hands-on look at what goes into machining everyday!

We love being able to support the next generation of makers and continue building strong connections with our local schools. 🔧📐

We had an awesome day at the shop!

Today we hosted a student from Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools for a job-shadowing experience, and she jumped right in. She even got some hands-on welding time with James!🛠️

We love giving students the opportunity to explore real-world manufacturing and see what a career in this industry looks like. Thanks for spending the day with us! We’re excited to keep supporting the next generation of skilled trades! 👩‍🏭✨

John and Montanna had a great time visiting Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools last week!

They met with the senior welding classes to talk about the importance of soft skills and how those skills can make all the difference in the workplace.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with the next generation of tradespeople and continue building strong partnerships with our local schools. Together, we’re helping prepare students for successful careers in the workforce! 🔧💪

⛳️ Our team traded in machining for the green at the 2025 Grote golf outing! 🏌️‍♂️ Turns out they’re not only skilled at precision work in the shop, they can also hit a golf ball pretty well too. 👏
