This is unfortunate what Rental Companies have to deal with from time to time . Unfortunately for US this was a New Machine and has only went out maybe 6 times so far . Everyone wonder's why Equipment Rental Cost so much and this is just 1 of many reasons when Customers don't take care of the Equipment and do damage then want to blame everyone else for their mistakes . And yes Our Equipment is insured for Accidents/Theft not Stupidity and a claim for something like this only raises the overall cost for Rental Equipment .
