• Ability to follow written work orders to identify what parts need to be removed to be moved to inventory, follow verbal and written instructions, provide verbal written responses
• Demonstrated attention to detail - to identify damaged parts
• Knowledge and use of both hand & power tools/20-30 hours per week to start
• Don't mind spending the day alone, and able to stay focused with little supervision
• This job is outdoors 70% of the time with exposure to all kinds of weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75lbs, sit, stand, walk, push and pull weight as needed
• Safety is one of your highest priorities/We Specialize in Subaru vehicles
• Preference is given to those with automotive background
