We are proud to share our work on the AdventHealth Colorado Schrader Family Cancer Center, bringing world-class cancer care home to Castle Rock.

Working alongside SmithGroup and Layton Construction, RMH delivered MEPT engineering design for this 17,000-square-foot cancer center, which is already transforming lives in the community.

Our design scope included:
- USP 800-compliant compounding pharmacy
- 12 infusion bays with future expansion capacity
- Linear accelerator vault infrastructure
- Specialized HVAC for infection control
- Medical gas systems for oncology care
- Integrated technology that supports clinical workflows

We wove sophisticated building systems into a healing-focused architectural vision—prioritizing natural light, outdoor access, and the warmth patients need throughout treatment.

The infrastructure supports immediate medical oncology services, and the 9,500-square-foot radiation oncology expansion is set to launch in 2027.

We are actively seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering who enjoys technical problem-solving and values making an impact.

What you'll do:
• Power system design
• Design lighting and lighting controls
• Master tools like AutoCAD, Revit, AGI32 and SKM Power Tool
• Conduct short circuit, load, coordination, and arc flash studies
• Collaborate directly with clients and project teams

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years MEP industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited four-year college or university
• Strong technical background in electrical system design and calculations
• PE license preferred
