The GPL 510 Odorizer is the most recent model in our popular line-up of technologically advanced odorization systems.

Just released this past spring, it has already become a big hit with users who need high-pressure odorization capability for low-to medium-flow applications.

WHAT SETS THE GPL 510 ODORIZER APART?

Not only does the GPL 510 maintain the high-standards customers have grown to expect of all GPL Odorizers' equipment, the 510 delivers high-pressure performance, without the premium price-tag of larger units.

To learn more about the GPL 510 odorization system and how it might be a fit your application, check out our website, then call the very knowledgeable manufacturers' representatives in your area.

The patented GPL 10000 is the "OG" of GPL Odorizers' advanced odorization systems. Providing continuous odorant injection for pipelines the GPL 10000 is designed for high-pressure and high-volume applications at transmission companies, and large city gate stations.

Chief among the GPL 10000's many benefits is its high-rangeability — achieving precision odorization over a wide operating range of volume.

It also features the industry-leading programmable logic controller that interfaces with the flow meter and its system components to maintain constant odorant injection, proportional to the gas flow rate.

And like all GPL Odorizers, it emits no emissions into the atmosphere and is backed by our 24/7 dedicated help line, manned by our engineers and technicians.

When we hear the word "turnkey" most us automatically think of homes on the market ready for immediate move-in, or vehicles ready to drive off the lot. No muss, no fuss, just everything we want, rolled into one.

Similarly, GPL Odorizers' Turnkey Odorization Systems Skids are designed for each customer's specific needs — fully loaded and ready for use.

Our turnkey pallets (skids) have galvanized tin roofs to protect the unit from harsh elements, as well as an extension on the back to hold additional equipment, like tank blankets or thermoelectric generators for off-grid power in remote locations.

These built-in metal pallets include the odorizer, and they easy to install and mobile — the whole system can be moved with a forklift or pallet jack.

These are just a few of the features the GPL Turnkey Odorization Skids offer, to learn more, check our website

Did you know GPL Odorizers have several optional upgrades for the advanced odorization systems we manufacture?
Here are highlights of the four pictured below:

✅ GPL SUNSHADES — An attachment designed to retrofit GPL Odorization skids to protect the equipment from direct sun to minimizes mercaptan evacuation.
✅ TANKS AND CONTAINMENT — for gas odorant injection systems. Custom ASME tanks up to 500 PSI, Standard ASME 250 PSI, VERTICAL TANKS in stainless steel or HORIZONTAL orientation which are typically galvanized steel to withstand years of exposure to the outdoor elements.
✅ GPL ODOR eVACS — Portable filtration devices for ethyl mercaptan odor removal and control. Ideal for odorization stations or any building or shelter where mercaptan odor removal is needed to protect onsite workers.
✅ TURNKEY ODORANT INJECTION SKIDS — a full package of natural gas odorant injection systems that include the odorizer, ASME odorant tank and containment assemblies, in both vertical (60-120 gallons) and horizontal (250-2000 gallons) tank configurations.

In need for precise odorization even in problematic conditions, such as low-volume, intermittent volume, and No-FLow conditions?

Pesky issues like these are no match for the advanced technology of the GPL 750 natural gas odorizer.

In addition to providing exceptional performance, the versatile GPL 750 has numerous other benefits — Some are listed in the graphic below ⬇️ and there is a lot more information on the GPL Odorizers website.

For years, some people have faced a frustrating gas odorization dilemma: They need high-pressure odorization capability but just don't have the flow requirements to justify the cost of our larger odorization systems.

The answer to this very common challenge is the GPL 510. This patented system delivers serious high-pressure performance (up to 1480 PSI) without the big price tag of oversized equipment.

Essentially, the GPL Odorizers' engineers and technicians packaged the core technology of our larger units, into a much more cost-effective system that doesn't compromise the quality and reliability our customers expect.

The Key Specs are listed in the graphic below. Our manufacturer representatives are all odorization pros who will be happy to help you find the right odorizer for your specific needs.
