Our industrial designers developed an massager for athletes with muscle soreness and lactic acid buildup. Mechanical engineers carefully positioned omnidirectional spheres with heat to provide a wide range of flexibilities targeting major muscle groups and trigger point knots. Our electrical engineers developed a PCB assembly, firmware, and tested battery-powered heating before transferring the design to our selected contract manufacturer. The final solution had a successful product launch due to its effective function, sleek design, and lifestyle-driven approach.
