As part of National Safety Month, Trinity Products partnered with ImpactLife to host a successful blood drive while also providing employees with valuable emergency response education.

Our employee owners stepped up to support patients in need throughout our community by donating blood—an act that can have a life-saving impact on individuals undergoing surgery, receiving cancer treatments, recovering from traumatic injuries, and facing other medical emergencies.

In addition to the blood drive, employees had the opportunity to attend a Blood Trauma Kit demonstration presented by our partner, Cintas. During the demonstration, employees learned practical bleeding-control techniques and gained valuable knowledge about responding to emergency situations. The combination of giving back and learning life-saving skills made for a meaningful way to recognize National Safety Month.

Thank you to ImpactLife, Cintas, and all of our employee owners who helped make this event a success. Together, we're strengthening our community through both service and safety awareness.

National Safety Month: Moving Safety Forward

At Trinity Products, safety is more than a policy — it's a commitment we make to each other every day.

As we kick off National Safety Month, we're focusing on this year's theme: Moving Safety Forward. Safety starts with proactive thinking, personal responsibility, and the everyday decisions that help protect ourselves, our coworkers, and our families.

This week, we're proud to feature Damien, who shares his personal perspective on why safety matters. His story is a powerful reminder that safety isn't just about following procedures — it's about looking out for one another and making choices that can have a lasting impact.

Every conversation, every action, and every voice helps strengthen our safety culture.

Watch Damien's story and join us as we continue moving safety forward—one step, one decision, and one story at a time.

Today, we remember and honor the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice, bravery, and dedication will never be forgotten, and we are deeply grateful for the freedoms they helped protect. This Memorial Day, all of us at Trinity Products pause to reflect, remember, and honor our nation’s heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward.

From entrepreneurship to employee ownership, Robert Griggs shared decades of leadership experience at the AAIM Leadership Conference hosted by AAIM Employers’ Association on Friday.

AAIM is a leading employer association focused on leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational growth, bringing together business leaders from across the region to share ideas and strengthen workplace leadership.

Robert shared insights from his decades of experience building Trinity Products into a national manufacturing leader, including lessons on leadership, accountability, long-term growth, and employee ownership through Trinity’s ESOP transition.

We were also excited to have several members of the Trinity team attend the conference and participate in the day’s leadership discussions and networking opportunities.

Thank you to AAIM Leadership Conference for hosting such a valuable event and for the opportunity to be part of the conversation.

Big Pipe. Bigger Impact. | Wabash River Bridge Project

Picture the scene: a 90-ft section of spiral weld pipe—tipping the scales at over 61,000 lbs (30+ tons)—rolling out of St. Charles, MO, headed for the Wabash River, where it will help connect Illinois and Indiana.

The material will be used as drilled-shaft casings for bridge foundations, with diameters ranging from 60” to 84” ID and lengths up to 90 feet. These critical components will be installed by the drilled-shaft contractor to help form the deep foundations supporting the structure.

Projects like this highlight the essential role of heavy steel in building and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps communities and commerce moving. Proud to support work that makes a lasting impact.

What happens when real-world field performance meets precision engineering? You get a room full of industry experts leaning in.

We were proud to once again support the Microtunneling Short Course in Scottsdale, AZ—an event that continues to bring together some of the brightest minds and most forward-thinking leaders in trenchless technology.

A special shoutout to Trevor Gonterman, who returned to the stage to present on Tri-Loc—Trinity’s Mechanical Press-Fit Connection. Building on last year’s momentum, Trevor dove deeper into how Tri-Loc is delivering measurable results in the field, helping crews improve installation efficiency while maintaining the strength and reliability critical to demanding microtunneling environments.

It’s always energizing to be part of conversations that are actively shaping the future of our industry. We’re proud to contribute, learn, and continue driving innovation forward.
