Ramp to dock connection, precision cut by cnc and riding on grease infused brass bushings, NOT bolts. This makes the connection user servicable if so inclined and did we mention....no squeeeek. The 4 "ears" pass through individual channels in the plate and weld from back side making them several times stronger than they would be just welded to to face of plate.

Change bushings out in the spring or between summer seasons every year. In doing so we never run risk of shearing bolts or elongating the holes.

One per side, two sides total, equals 2.80. This is the total cost of annual maintenance for this connection hardware.
