We fabricated and installed a heavy-duty, spring-assisted dual ramp system with a 3-foot dovetail, designed to make loading and unloading commercial lawn care and snow removal equipment easier.

Built from the ground up with reinforced steel framing, expanded metal decking, custom hinges, and spring-assisted operation. Designed for year-round use and built to handle the demands of everyday work.

Got a truck you want to repurpose? We moved the rear axle up 5’ and chopped the back half of the frame off. Installed customer supplied flatbed and extended it 3.5’ to meet the back of the cab, moved the headache rack and added some gussets for support. Wired in the lights and 7 way, the customer did a good job wrapping up the details like paint, tool box and wood sides. Dump trailer walls bowing out? Doors not lining up?

Spreader gates are a common weak point on dump trailers. On this Griffin trailer, we removed the doors and spreader gate, straightened the walls, repaired the cracks, reinforced the corner posts and lower crossmember, then reinstalled and aligned the doors.

If you don’t use your spreader gate and are tired of bent walls and misaligned doors, this is the solution.

Enclosed trailer was getting floppy so we cut it up and built it back stronger than original. The factory welds were not great to say the least and neither was the material. Nothing too fancy, just structurally sound and ready for the abuse of these Michigan roads!!
