Thank you to all who took the time out of their day this past Saturday to join us at the Fort William Henry to celebrate the life of Bob Melofchik…. The outpouring of support shown for Jodie and Gloria and the entire LGA/M family was amazing. The Fort Conference Center did an amazing job helping to create an intimate atmosphere and still accommodate the large crowd. Bob, would have loved it.

The Lake George Auto/Marine family got a little smaller today… the patriarch of our family has passed away after a courageous battle against colon cancer. Bob started this business with his loving wife of 44 years, hoping to build a home for his family… 35 years later, he retired after building a community resource that we carry on today. He will be sorely missed as a mentor, but most importantly, as a friend. There will be a celebration of his life in the near future in his true home of Lake George. We will update you all as the time draws near. May the Pike in heaven find their way to your hook for eternity..
