🏭 Celebrating Manufacturing Month at R&L Spring!

Yesterday, we welcomed students from Delavan-Darien to R&L Spring for a behind-the-scenes look at the world of manufacturing!

Students had the opportunity to tour our facilities, learn about our manufacturing processes, explore different career paths, and learn more about apprenticeship programs. They also had the chance to ask questions and get a firsthand look at the opportunities available in manufacturing.

We love welcoming students into our facilities and helping them discover the many opportunities manufacturing has to offer. Who knows? We may have some future manufacturers joining our team someday!

Thank you to the students and staff from Delavan-Darien for spending part of your day with us! We're proud to be part of building the next generation of manufacturing talent.

This week, both R&L Spring Company and Medicoil celebrated one of our favorite annual traditions... our Ice Cream Socials! 🍦

These events are something our employees look forward to every year, and we're grateful for everyone who came out to enjoy a sweet treat while supporting a great cause.

Together, our employees raised $400 for United Way of Walworth County, and we're proud to match that amount to make an even bigger impact in our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year's Ice Cream Socials another success. Supporting our employees and giving back to the communities where we live and work is something we're proud to be a part of!
