Eastern Engineering of SC is a small, locally-owned, civil engineering firm located in Lake City, SC. They are a full-service civil engineering firm that focuses on municipal water and wastewater systems, on-site septic systems, stormwater management, and site design. Eastern Engineering is owned jointly by Harry R. Askins, Jason M. Springs, and Thomas “Eddie” Stelling, Jr. As a small engineering firm, they are able to concentrate on their clients’ needs and provide them with the quality one-on-one service that larger firms can’t.

Eastern Engineering has worked closely with their clients to develop innovative solutions for their water, sewer, stormwater, and site design needs for over 80 years. Their long history has given them a vast array of knowledge and experience in these areas that is unmatched by others.
