This year marks 40 years since Ultimate Tool & Die Inc. opened its doors in 1986.

What began as a small, family-run shop has grown into what we are today—still family-owned, still hands-on, and built on four generations of craftsmanship, hard work, and pride. The values that started it all continue to guide us as we evolve and move forward.

Through changing technology, growing demands, and countless projects, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and taking care of our customers.

We’re incredibly grateful to our employees (past and present), our customers, our vendors, and our community who have supported us along the way. This milestone belongs to all of you.

Ultimate Tool & Die Inc. is growing, and we’re looking to add two skilled CNC Machinists / Toolmakers to our team.

This is not a production shop. We specialize in advanced, precision manufacturing—custom parts, tight tolerances, and problem-solving work. If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy programming, setting up, and running quality jobs, this might be a great fit.

Opportunities may include:
• CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5-Axis)
• CNC Turning
• Wire EDM & Grinding (experience a plus)

We offer a clean, modern shop, quality-focused culture, and a supportive team environment where skilled machinists are valued.

🎄 Holiday Shutdown Announcement 🎄

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to slow down, spend time with our families, and reflect on an incredibly grateful year.

Ultimate Tool & Die Inc. will be closed for our holiday shutdown from December 19th through January 4th.
We will reopen and return to normal operations on Monday, January 5th.

We want to sincerely thank our customers, vendors, and friends for your trust and support throughout the year. It truly means more to us than words can express.

From our family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas, a safe and joyful holiday season, and a Happy New Year. We look forward to kicking off 2025 refreshed and ready to go.

Cool throwback moment today at Ultimate Tool & Die.

We came across an old photo that was shared on social media from 1987 inside the original Medford School gymnasium/stage. Back then, this room was full of K–8 students putting on school programs.

Fast-forward to today…
in almost the exact same spot those kids once stood, our brand-new Makino DA500 is now sitting, ready to go to work.

Our company moved into the old Medford School in 1991, and in 2018 we replaced the old gym/stage with the metal building we use now.
It’s crazy to see how this place has transformed — from a school stage… to a world-class machining shop.
