We’ve had a few new faces around the yard this week.

Our June Welcome Week wrapped up with our newest employee-owners spending the week onboarding, learning, and getting familiar with how we do things at DCS.

We’re excited to have this crew on Team DCS. Welcome aboard!

Performance isn't one-size-fits-all.

That's why the DCS DriFlow fleet offers multiple solutions built to support different operational demands—while delivering the same patented dry polymer technology and dependable performance our customers expect.

Every stage demands performance. Every DriFlow unit delivers.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads and father figures who lead with integrity, love unconditionally, and inspire by example through all seasons of life.

We hope today is as meaningful as the impact you make every day on the people that love you endlessly.

Every new face brings a new perspective, a new skill set, and a new story to Team DCS.

This week, our June onboarding class spent time getting hands-on with our equipment, learning about our operations, and meeting the people behind them. It’s a full week, but one that’s designed to set the foundation for everything that comes next.

We’re proud to have another great group joining Team DCS.

Field problems don't wait for business hours. Neither do we.

The DCS Remote Operations Center runs a 3-man crew, 24/7 — first-class specialists, 30+ combined years of oilfield expertise at any one time, zero gaps in coverage. While the rest of the world clocks out, these guys are locking in - monitoring active jobs, solving problems, and making real-time calls across every basin we serve.

The hardest seat to earn. The most important one to fill.
Meet the ROC.

The strongest partnerships are built long before the work begins.

Shoutout to Randy Mooring, Permian Field Sales Representative, for spending the day grilling, for both the day and night crews, at one of our partner locations in the Permian. Great people have a way of making a lasting impact—on and off location, and we are thankful DCS is made up of the very best.

At DCS, we believe exceptional service starts with exceptional people.

That's why we invest in our employee-owners, promote from within, and create opportunities for our team to grow—because when our people succeed, so does DCS.

Today, we're proud to celebrate our Q2 progressions. Congratulations on this well-earned milestone, and thank you for continuing to shape the culture, values, and future of Team DCS.

Congratulations to our May 2026 Good Catch Award winners: Austin Carpenter, Chris Smith, Deran Reese, Joshua Myers, Manuel Burrola, Richard Magee, Skyler Bethel, and Vincent Fernandez.

These employee-owners were recognized for going the extra mile, speaking up, and taking action when it mattered most. Their commitment to safety and their teammates does not go unnoticed.

Keep up the great work!
