Polston acquired a building supply service which adjoined his Polston Flooring Manufacturing Corporation located at 905 Red Boiling Springs Road in Lafayette. The business grew rapidly over the subsequent decades expanding its product line, increasing its inventory, and epitomizing their famous slogan, "everything from the foundation to the roof."
