🔧 POSITION #1 — SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Full-Time

We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our service department.

Responsibilities include:
• Diagnose, service and repair tractors, zero-turn mowers, utility vehicles and outdoor power equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Set up and prepare new equipment for customers
• Communicate with customers and service staff regarding repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Complete service work accurately and efficiently
• Assist with warranty repairs and service as needed

Experience with agricultural, outdoor power or automotive equipment is a plus! We are willing to train the right person.

🛠️ POSITION #2 — EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLER

Part-Time or Full-Time

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and working around equipment.

Responsibilities include:
• Assemble and set up new tractors, mowers, utility vehicles and outdoor power equipment
• Prepare equipment for customer delivery
• Rearrange and maintain our equipment display lot and showroom
• Assist service technicians with repairs and maintenance
• Perform basic maintenance and repair work
• Clean and detail equipment
• Load and unload equipment as needed
• Help keep the shop, showroom and lot organized
• Assist with customer deliveries and equipment moves when needed

Mechanical experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and a good work ethic are most important.

Part-Time or Full-Time

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers while also staying organized behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist customers with parts questions and purchases
• Identify parts and help customers find the correct replacement components
• Order and receive parts
• Maintain accurate parts inventory
• Organize and maintain parts displays
• Write up and schedule service appointments
• Coordinate equipment pick-up and delivery schedules
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and completion
• Answer phones and assist customers in person
• Assist technicians with locating parts and service information
• Help maintain an organized and professional parts/service area

Knowledge of tractors, mowers, outdoor power equipment or mechanical parts is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
