WELCH MANUFACTURING is looking for a responsible and highly motivated individual to join our growing team on the following first shift position: CNC SET-UP MACHINISTS.
Applicants should be experienced in the set-up of CNC milling and/or CNC turning equipment, and have knowledge in machining various grades of materials (stainless steels, inconel, titanium, etc.).
Responsibilities include set-up for first piece approval, process troubleshooting, the ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to present your ideas for continuous improvement.
Welch Manufacturing specializes in the fabrication of complex machined components and assemblies for the military, satellite, and commercial aerospace industries.
