We’ve got people who have spent decades perfecting their craft, and others who are just getting started and learning from them. That mix of experience, hard work, and willingness to get your hands dirty is what makes this industry and our business so special.

As a family business, we’re incredibly grateful for the people who have helped build this company over the years. The equipment matters. The buildings matter. The customers matter. But at the end of the day, it’s the people who make it all work.

Way to go Chad! WE love annoying you from across the hallway, it's hard to believe it's been 20 years.

🎉 20 years is something worth celebrating!

Today, we’re recognizing Chad Brown, our Machine Shop Supervisor, for an incredible 20 years with MMI.

Over the years, Chad has grown right alongside our company and has become someone we can always count on to solve problems, troubleshoot the seemingly impossible, and think outside the box. He has a true talent for understanding equipment and is always looking for ways we can improve not just for today, but for the future.

Chad, we are incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished and thankful for the dedication you’ve given MMI over the past 20 years.

We love to see The Bonus Buster roll by! 🤩

It's always a good day when the Bonus Buster (forklift) rolls out. Handling massive equipment isn't just about having the right skills, it also takes the right equipment too. This is a 22,000lb pile driver that we'll be doing some repairs to in the near future. 🙌

Congrats Damian! We love seeing the youth movement learn and grow 🤩

🎉 Congratulations to our newest Machine Shop Apprenticeship graduate, Damian!

From the moment we met Damian, we knew he was someone special. He came to us with glowing recommendations from his instructors at LP Area Career Center and IVCC, and when the opportunity arose to bring him into the shop, we didn't hesitate.

Over the past four years, Damian has successfully completed our apprenticeship program, combining hands-on shop experience with classroom instruction and technical coursework. His curiosity, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn have made him an incredible asset in the shop, and we're excited to see where his career takes him as he continues to grow with us.

🔧 Fun Fact: Damian's favorite machine is the Milltronics. At this point, we might just need to make him his own personalized nameplate for it! Congratulations, Damian!
