Did we turn around an excavation plan overnight for an Altadena fire rebuild for a contractor to have a sense of the earthwork involved? You should know the answer by now.

Included vertical cut plus trim or horizontal shoring options, along with improved drainage grades in the sections.

Time to brighten up the feed as we add a couple projects to the portfolio weekly from here on until we get much more to showoff. This Pacific Palisades SFR appears to have survived the fire, a personal favorite one we worked on.

Plancheck wanted the plans changed, we pushed back using calcs from the Hydrology report. They pushed back again and used calcs from the Hydrology report to get out of LID covenants.

We took over for another Civil on this lot and removed the Sump Pump as well which initially plancheck also wanted covenants for.

The homeowner can now use that money saved to throw into the house. Contact us if you need help with your plancheck comments for drainage on an Altadena fire-rebuild.
