Today, we’re celebrating two milestones for our CEO, Silvia Bušniaková—her birthday and one year with TOMCAT USA and Area Four Industries America!

Silvia’s approach to leadership begins with understanding the people behind the work and the customers who depend on it. From helping employees see why their individual roles matter to asking, “Does this solve a real customer problem?” she brings a clear sense of purpose to the future we’re building together.

In “Manufactured for Success,” featured in this month’s PLSN, Silvia and COO Will Todd share their perspectives on the people, relationships, and commitment to quality that drive TOMCAT forward.

Silvia, thank you for your leadership and dedication to our team. From all of us, happy birthday and congratulations on your first year. Here’s to the possibilities ahead!
