🏔️ Blackberry Mountain Lodge Renovation 🏔️

We're proud to have contributed to the renovation of the beautiful Blackberry Mountain Lodge with these custom-fabricated Corten steel perforated shutters.

What makes these panels truly unique is the perforation pattern itself. The design was created from the silhouette of the very mountain range that lodge guests enjoy from this location, blending architectural metalwork with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Crafted from weathering steel, the shutters will continue to develop a rich patina over time, creating a finish that complements the rustic elegance of the lodge while providing a one-of-a-kind visual statement.

Projects like this showcase the possibilities of custom architectural metal fabrication—where design, engineering, and craftsmanship come together to create something truly memorable.

Another project completed by Baird & Wilson Sheetmetal Inc. at the new G9 Entrance Plaza at Neyland Stadium.

Our team custom fabricated the steel gates and fence featured throughout the new entrance plaza, along with custom aluminum Power T’s mounted on the gate to help create a bold new entrance for Tennessee fans.

Proud to be a part of continuing improvements around one of the most iconic stadiums in college football. Big thanks to our shop and field crews for the craftsmanship and hard work that went into this project.

Today marked a huge milestone for Baird & Wilson as we celebrated the very first graduating class of our Apprenticeship Program.

We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and growth these individuals have shown throughout the program. Investing in the next generation of skilled tradesmen is extremely important to us, and seeing this group complete the program is something special.

This program was built to help develop knowledge, craftsmanship, leadership, and safety within our industry, and this graduating class has set the standard for those who follow behind them.

Congratulations to our first graduating class — we appreciate your commitment to the trade and to Baird & Wilson. The future is bright! 👏🔧

Another project wrapped up by Baird & Wilson Sheetmetal Inc. — the brand new ORNL Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge is officially complete.

Our team was proud to fabricate and install the stunning Longboard wood grain aluminum panels, vibrant blue ACM panels, and sleek black metal wall panels that help give this building its bold, modern look. The combination of textures, colors, and clean lines made this project a standout from start to finish.

From the warm wood grain accents to the sharp architectural metal details, this project showcases the craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork our crews bring to every job site.

Big thanks to everyone involved in bringing this one to life. We’re proud to leave our mark on another great project in East Tennessee.

We’re proud to showcase our latest completed project at The Delaney Building, located right next to Covenant Health Park!

Our team at Baird & Wilson Sheetmetal installed all of the metal panels on this sharp-looking building—helping bring a clean, modern finish to a prime spot in the Old City of Knoxville TN.

Another highlight from Urban Wilderness Park!

We had the opportunity to build a custom ACM sign wall featuring CNC-cut aluminum lettering and a detailed map of South Knoxville’s trails, walkways, and bike paths.

It’s always great to be part of projects that not only look good, but also help connect the community to incredible outdoor spaces like this one.
