Due to the decline in quality of parts lately, we will no longer be assembling engines with customer supplied parts. PERIOD. If you would like an engine short block or long block assembled by TRU Cylinder Head and Machine, all the parts MUST BE SUPPLIED BY US. We do our very best to provide high end machine work and engines to our customers, but cannot continue to do so with sub-par components provided by customers trying to save a few dollars. We are ALSO no longer doing ANY diesel cylinder heads without COMPLETLY going through them. ALL diesel cylinder heads will be getting cleaned, mag, pressure test, COMPLETE VALVE JOB (this includes guides and seats as needed per application and model), resurface and reassemble. We have had too many diesel shops ask for a basic “clean and resurface” job, just to turn around and sell these same heads to their customer as “NEW”. This is not only dishonest, but makes our company look bad. Enough is enough. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.
