Immediate position available for a 1099 general laborer, starting pay $15-18. Must be at least 18, willing and able to do physical labor, show up on time, a basic usage of power tools and an understanding that the trades industry can be dangerous. Duties will include but not limited to; metal grinding, cutting and fitting, also general manual labor including light carpentry, trenching, augering holes etc. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow with us. Pump was originally direct mount with torque chain and customer wasn’t happy with the way the pump vibrated and flopped around. So we ordered a direct fit pto shaft, Fabed up a bracket to mount the pump and then the hydraulic lines and hoses were rerouted. New setup will also make swapping attachments easier.

Repair on a customers chipper truck, old hinges had been broke and welded several times and was hard to open/close and was having to be ratchet strapped shut . Tailgate was rebuilt with a new end section of 2”, new hinges were fabricated from 1 1/4 cold roll, and DOM Tubing, with added Grease fittings. Some repairs are funner than others. Really enjoyed this Malibu trailer job. Rear Fender was damaged and had to be cut off and replaced, painted with oem urathane straight from the factory and installed new Seadek.

Internal Baffle repair on a 65 Gallon Hydraulic tank off of a Boom arm mower. Access port was cut, baffle welded then the port was welded back up with root pass, ground down flush then added cap weld.

Skid steer repair. All of the studs were sheared off and wheel stud holes oblonged out. Pressed in 8 new studs, welded up the wheel and redrilled then added 60 degree taper on bolt holes to accommodate lug nuts.
