We had the pleasure of attending another incredible year at the ‘What’s So Cool About Manufacturing Awards’ last evening. Events like this provide a powerful and inspiring experience for students exploring opportunities in the manufacturing industry, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and real-world possibilities within the field.

It was equally rewarding to connect and engage with fellow manufacturing companies, sharing insights and celebrating the future of our industry together.

Today was the day — filming day! 🎥
Even with a 2-hour delay, the Williams Valley School District students got the Big B experience in full force—cameras rolling, welders sizzling, machines humming, pizza disappearing, and ice cream melting faster than molten metal.
What more could they ask for? 🍕 🍦

Today we’re not only celebrating Thanksgiving with our employees — we’re also taking a special moment to honor our newest chemo grad!
Congratulations to Tommy on completing his chemo treatments. Not only is he a valued long-time employee, but he continued to show up and give his best throughout his treatments — and that is nothing short of remarkable.
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone alongside him!

Today we had our initial meet-and-greet with this year’s What’s So Cool About Manufacturing team, and we’re excited to be partnering with Williams Valley Middle School! After touring the shop, their ideas for the upcoming video are already brewing — and they’re sounding great. The students will be back in early December for filming, and we can’t wait to see their vision come to life!
