A Message to My Valued Customers
I want to share some personal news with you. I’ve recently been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. As I begin this journey, our store hours may vary from day to day. I’ll do my best to update this page daily with the hours for that day.
If you need something, please call the store at 252-527-9693. If I’m not available, leave a message and I’ll return your call as soon as possible. For orders you know you’ll need ahead of time, let me know in advance and I’ll do my very best to have them ready. If appointments/treatment interfere we’ll work together to make arrangements for pickup.
This October marks 40 years that I’ve had the joy and honor of serving this community. Along with God, my family, and my church family, this store and you—my customers—hold a very special place in my heart. My girls have reminded me that I must prioritize my health first and foremost right now. Together we will adjust and make this work.
As we learn more in the days and weeks ahead, I look forward to continuing to serve you as best I can. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and support—but most of all, thank you for your prayers.
