This may look like just another photo of a STRIEBIG, but this one is really about service.

A customer in Sarasota, FL needed help getting their machine back up and running. We tried to guide them through the repair over the phone, but it became clear they needed someone on-site.

As luck would have it, one of our MA-based technicians had just finished another service call nearby—and his flight home was several hours away. He made an unplanned stop at the customer’s shop, diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and got the STRIEBIG running again before heading to the airport.

That’s the kind of service we’re proud of. Our technicians don’t just show up for scheduled calls—they do what needs to be done to keep our customers up and running.
