JBC joined with Bucks Co. Commissioners Robert Harvie, Jr. and Diane Marseglia, Director of Operations, Kevin Spencer, PennDOT's Robert Magee, and project and community members, including the littlest ones, to celebrate the ribbon cutting of County Bridge No. 45 (Stone Bridge Road over Deep Run). Originally built in 1911, the new replacement bridge was envisioned in 2000 and took 20+ years to procure the funding, design and construction completion. JBC is honored to have played a role in its new history.

JBC is honored to announce that the S.R. 0422 Section SRB - US 422 Schuylkill River Bridge project has been named the Engineering News Record's (ENR) Mid-Atlantic Regional Best Project - Highway/Bridge for 2021.

Congratulations to the entire project team and our client, PennDOT District 6-0, for your dedication and achieving this recognition!

The central aims of this complex $96.6-million project were to replace the U.S. Route 422 Schuylkill River bridge with a modern, wider prestressed concrete beam bridge as well as to widen and reconstruct one mile of U.S. 422 between the state Route 23 and Route 363 interchanges.

JBC was thrilled to share in the ribbon-cutting of the Lafayette Street Extension Project last week as local, state and federal agencies gathered to mark the official opening of the largest local infrastructure project in Pennsylvania. Since its ground breaking in 2013, JBC has served as Montgomery County's Construction Manager for this three-phase $60 million economic improvement project.
