🚨We are adding to our team!
Jared needs backup and someone to help him take on mobile small engine repairs in the
Kilgore / Longview + surrounding areas.
We’re looking for reliable, skilled mobile mechanics who can complete jobs, take payments, and represent the kind of service Jared has offered the past 6 years.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Traveling to customers (homes, properties, job sites)
* Diagnosing and repairing:
* Zero-turn mowers
* Riding mowers
* Push mowers
* Generators
* Small engines in general
* Completing most jobs on-site, same-day
* Communicating clearly with customers (we handle a lot of the scheduling, but still need your help communicating and scheduling follow up visits to complete unfinished repairs)
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with small engine repair (especially changing belts/filters/spark plugs, cleaning carburetors, etc.)
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose without guessing (Jared is available for guidance, advice + information)
* Own tools (basic + job-specific)
* Reliable vehicle
* Shows up on time and communicates well
* Can work independently while still following the operating procedures we’ve put in place
* HONEST, professional, and takes pride in their work
The Opportunity:

* High demand, especially during mowing season (multiple jobs a day depending on your availability)

* Have experience with carburetors, electrical issues, or hydraulic systems
* Can handle multiple jobs in a day efficiently

* Needs to be told what to do every step of the way
* Doesn’t show up when they say they will
* Cuts corners
