Sprayer had several broke spots on both sides of the boom. The swivel bearing on the center frame was all the way gone so we had to replace the whole assembly and put a new plate and bushing on the boom. Thank you for the buisness.

Got this customer back in the field after a little minor accident. Dealer couldn’t get a boom for 6 weeks so we got him back going for a fraction of the price of a new boom and a lot faster.

Four sprayers that got repaired and ready for the field.
Two of them just got some cracks welded to keep from having down time in the future.
One got the break away boom completely rebuilt and the other boom was just about broke off in the middle. New break away boom was over $3000 and we rebuilt his to better then new for a fraction of the cost.
The last one was broke at the hinge and was about to not fold in anymore.
