Just a reminder that with the weather, if your road does not look passable for our trucks, we will not go down them. As much as this is an inconvenience for some, the safety of our drivers comes first. If you are missed due to these circumstances, your driver knows and will get it all on your next pickup. Also, please remember to check the holiday schedule posted on our website murphyscontainerserviceinc.com as Christmas week and New Years week will be altered for a lot of you. If you are a Friday pickup and were missed, we apologize, as we had to run the route early. Please set it all out this week and we will pick it up. Unfortunately things do happen and we have to alternate how we run our routes to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. This is why we ask you to set your trash out the night before. With winter right around the corner these circumstance’s could come up more. If we have a sub driver (which we do this week) they will run earlier to make sure they have enough time to make it back. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
