Quality Service Comes With a Price — And That’s Okay! 🌱
As a small business owner, one thing I’ve learned is that not everyone will understand or agree with your pricing, and that’s perfectly okay!
When you receive an estimate from a professional lawn care and landscaping company, you’re not just paying for the time someone spends working on your property.
You’re paying for the equipment, transportation, experience, knowledge, insurance, preparation, and attention to detail that go into getting the job done properly. You’re also supporting a local small business that’s working hard to provide dependable, quality service.
I completely understand that everyone has a budget, and I respect that. However, there’s a difference between asking what’s included in an estimate and expecting a business owner to justify every dollar they charge.
A price isn’t unreasonable simply because it’s more than someone wants to spend.
At Triad Grounds Crew, I take pride in the work I provide, the standards I hold myself to, and the relationships I’ve built with my customers. My goal has never been to be the cheapest option. My goal is to provide quality work, fair and sustainable pricing, and service that my customers can feel confident investing in.
I will always be happy to explain what’s included in my estimates and answer questions about the services I provide. But I also believe that every business owner deserves to have their time, effort, and expertise respected.
The right customer isn’t necessarily the one looking for the lowest price. It’s the one who recognizes the value behind the work.
