On Friday, May 8, ShureLine Construction was proud to be a key sponsor of the 16th Annual Phyllis Danaker Golf Tournament benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association. This event was held at the Chesapeake Bay Golf Club in Rising Sun, MD.

Perfect weather and a course in excellent condition made for a great day on the links for everyone involved.

This year the tournament set a fundraising record, raising $15,000 bringing the 16-year total contribution to an incredible $181,000. Congratulations to all the sponsors, participants, and organizers who made this achievement possible.

Today we’re taking it back to the Harrington Library structural steel project (2024) – a job proudly completed by our skilled ironworkers.

Our team fabricated and erected 132 tons of steel for this building, featuring a striking “A” framed roof structure. Every detail was executed in full compliance with AISC standards, showcasing the precision and craftsmanship behind our work.

Held on Sunday, April 26th at the Chase Center, the event offered an extraordinary culinary experience featuring exquisite tastings from award-winning chefs across the U.S. and Canada. Signature brunch cocktails and live entertainment added to the vibrant atmosphere.

We’re also proud to share that Jim Berg, ShureLine Construction’s CFO, volunteered his time in support of this meaningful event.
Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals to individuals who may have difficulty shopping or cooking for themselves—most often older adults, people with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. We’re honored to support an organization making such a vital impact in the community.

For the third year in a row, ShureLine Construction was proud to sponsor the Parkinson’s Moving Day Community Walk in Smyrna, DE on Saturday, April 25th.

This meaningful event raises funds to support those living with Parkinson’s and we’re honored to be part of it each year. Despite the windy, cold weather, our team was able to set up the ShureLine Construction tent and connect with the community.

ABCares was at it again this week handing out food at the Food Bank of Delaware’s Milford location. ShureLine Construction’s own Jim Berg who serves on the ABC board also participated.

Numerous families drove through the parking area and had their cars loaded with food. ShureLine Construction was honored to be a part of this event that helps those in need.
