At ShureLine Construction, we know that growth doesn't just come from the work we build, it comes from the relationships behind it.

That's why we're especially excited to welcome Dawn Gallick as our new Business Development Manager.

Dawn is a natural connector, a community builder, and someone who shows up with purpose. As CoFounder of the Eastern Shore Women in Construction, she's helped create real momentum for women in the industry-opening doors, building networks, and elevating voices. Her impact carries into everything she does, from supporting Contractors for a Cause to serving as Ambassador Chair for the Greater Ocean City, MD Chamber of Commerce and contributing to the Art League Of Ocean City Womans Coalition.

She brings a perspective that aligns perfectly with who we are at ShureLine Construction: relationship-driven, community-focused, and always looking for ways to build something that lasts.

We're excited for what's ahead, not just in the work we do, but in the connections we continue to grow.
