What makes a workplace worth staying at? For Matt, it’s the people, the variety, and being part of a company where you actually know the people you work for.

After 3½ years at Kammerer Dynamics, Matt says he appreciates the family environment, the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, and being able to regularly interact with the owner.

We believe a good workplace is about more than the work itself. It’s about building a team where people know each other, work together, and feel like they’re part of something.

At Kammerer Dynamics, no two days have to look exactly the same.

Janos has been part of the KDi team for almost 2 years, and one of the things he enjoys most is getting the opportunity to learn new machines and work on different jobs throughout the shop.

That variety keeps the work interesting, builds new skills, and gives our team the chance to keep growing.
