Now Hiring: Part-Time Office Assistant

We are looking for a dependable part-time office assistant to join our friendly, family-oriented team. If you enjoy working in a supportive office environment and providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience:
Basic office and customer service knowledge preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

-Answering phones
-Greeting customers
-Preparing work orders
-Filing invoices in customer and vendor files
-Light office cleaning

Qualifications:

-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow directions
-Willingness to double-check work for accuracy
-Reliable attendance and punctuality
-Professional and courteous communication with customers,
vendors, and coworkers, both in person and on the phone
