As two of them get ready to go back to school, we’re reminded just how deeply family is woven into everything we do. What we build goes beyond the bench. Legacy runs deep in this place—and it starts with our own.

His youngest daughter isn't quite old enough to start welding, but we already know she runs a tighter shop than her brothers. 😂

In an effort of full transparency and unwavering commitment to our customers, Badass Workbench and The Big Rack Shack—two DBA's of ELF Enterprises, Inc.—are issuing this urgent notice regarding a recent and sophisticated phishing scheme.

Cybercriminals have impersonated our companies using fake domains, often altering just one or two letters in email addresses to deceive recipients. These attackers pose as both our company and our customers, sending fraudulent wiring and ACH instructions that direct payments to unauthorized bank accounts.

We have identified the breach point and worked closely with our IT team to secure our systems.

Our Story

Badass Workbenches is founded on the same principles that make you tick - hard work, exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and honesty. We are devoted to the people who don’t mind getting dirty and beat up to get the job done - you are our heroes.

Badass Workbenches grew from a real need during the ag boom around 2008. Initially we were in business redistributing used pallet racking and material handling equipment, and we had to modify a lot of the pallet racking for the shorter ceiling heights found in local ag shop spaces. It quickly became evident that farmers were needing heavy duty tables to outfit their new, bigger shops. We started repurposing the scrap pallet racking and topping with plate steel. While we were selling a lot of these tables, we could tell that our clients were wanting more. So, we built a table from scratch, one that was heavy duty and capable of withstanding anything you threw at it. They were a big hit. It wasn’t long until the requests for different sizes and thicknesses of tops came rolling in, along with the need for drawers. We now have over 65 models of workbenches and welding tables.

In 2016 we decided to grow the business through dealers and have since sold our products from coast to coast, and even to Australia, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
