Another kitchen cabinet manufacturer in Salt Lake City chose to partner with Advanced Machinery Systems by adding this Homag Centateq N-300 Feed Through CNC machining center into their operation. The machine is equipped with automatic load and offload features. Machine operators report being able to produce 55-70 sheets per shift with only one operator. A great job by our professional service team who install these machines, train operators, and support our large customer base.

Yesterday, Advanced Machinery Systems hosted a sanding seminar at our showroom in Kaysville, Utah. 40 Woodworkers attended and received instruction from sanding experts from Stiles Machinery & Heesemann. We also had the opportunity to visit a cabinet shop nearby who was kind enough to open their doors and let us demonstrate and show their sanding equipment. Customers were able to see first hand how Homag & Heesemann sanding technology can help automate their sanding processes. The service team from Advanced Machinery Systems just installed this new Homag N500 5x10 Push Off CNC Router at a kitchen cabinet manufacturer in northern Utah. This is the 3rd Homag CNC to be installed in this operation. The company just moved into a new 25,000 square foot facility and is on track to double sales from 2020. A full line up of Homag machines make up the manufacturing machinery. We appreciate our partnership with this loyal customer and look forward to helping them with their continued growth! .group

Another professional installation by our service team. This new Homag Centateq N300 480 CNC Machine is equipped with 12 Vertical Drill Spindles and a 13 Position Tool Changer. In addition, the machine comes with a push off device and outfeed conveyor. This residential kitchen cabinet shop will be producing kitchen cabinet components and MDF doors on this machine. One operator will be able to efficiently produce 50-60 sheets per day and still have plenty of energy when the work is done.

This high end kitchen cabinet manufacturer will use this new Homag Sander to sand kitchen cabinet doors, panels, and veneers. The Homag 335 RRH is equipped with 3 sanding heads.
