The nuclear comeback has a fuel problem — and I2M is built to help solve it.

With uranium prices rising and AI data centers driving surging power demand, the U.S. faces a structural shortfall in domestic uranium. The I2M Corporation has expanded its portfolio to more than a dozen drill-ready uranium projects across Texas and other regions, positioning the firm as an upstream supplier to a nuclear industry rebuilding around reactor life-extensions, new construction, and small modular reactors.

I2M's model is distinctive: rather than high-risk early exploration, it advances high-probability targets using a proprietary database of legacy drill data (including NURE) toward confirmation drilling and permitting — backed by a senior team whose uranium roots run to the 1960s and 20 years of pipeline-building.

I2M is building the team to match its ambitions. The I2M Corporation has elected Jason P. Melton as Executive Chairman of its Board — pairing the firm's deep geoscience bench with serious business firepower.

A Princeton-trained entrepreneur and EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2018), Jason has built companies across energy, environmental protection, and beyond, and has advised roughly half of the Fortune 500. At I2M, he'll focus on capital formation, joint ventures, and accelerating the leasing, permitting, and development of the firm's in-situ uranium recovery projects in Texas.

The move also elevates Kevin T. Biddle, Ph.D., to Executive Vice President. Full announcement below.

How will the world fuel the nuclear renaissance? I2M's Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., C.P.G., and Henry Wise, P.G., C.P.G., took up that question in a technical webinar for AIPG-TX — covering how SMRs and accelerating nuclear deployment are pushing uranium demand toward hundreds of millions of pounds of U3O8, and why in-situ recovery (ISR) is the technology meeting it across Texas, Wyoming, and beyond.

The full presentation slides are now available — linked below.

Katy, Texas — March 6, 2026 — Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., C.P.G., President & CEO of the I2M Corporation in Katy, Texas will be presenting March 17, 2026 on the AIPG-TX Webinar. He, with the assistance of

The nuclear resurgence needs domestic uranium — and the I2M Corporation is moving to supply it.

I2M has identified twelve drill-ready uranium projects across Texas, with one area alone showing an estimated 10+ million pounds based on 1980s drilling and recent investigations. Using modern in-situ recovery (ISR) — a controlled "pump-and-treat" process closely related to groundwater remediation — the company aims to bring its first project into production within four years.

The team unites veterans of the original uranium boom (CONOCO, Teton Exploration, U.S. Steel's Uranium Group) with advisors from the USGS, academia, and enCore Energy. Full announcement below.

Katy, Texas — Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., President and CEO of I2M Corporation (I2M), announced today that the company is advancing its uranium initiatives to meet the growing demand expected from the American nuclear power resurgence. Backed by veterans of the earlier uranium

Global electricity demand could rise more than 40% by 2035, with data centers and AI driving much of the surge (per BP and S&P Global). Where does the power come from?

I2M's Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., C.P.G., took up that question at AAPG's Subsurface Energy to Power Workshop in Houston — presenting on small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs) and why Texas uranium will be key to fueling them. I2M joined leaders from AWS, Equinor, SLB, UT Austin, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for two days of cross-disciplinary discussion.

Read the recap below.

Susan Nash, Ph.D., Director of Innovation & Emerging Science, leads the AAPG education and dialogue around how subsurface expertise can underpin future power generation at its recent Subsurface Energy to Power Workshop in Houston, Texas. A major addition to the I2M team: Paul Goranson, P.E., joins the I2M Corporation as a Technical Advisor.

With nearly four decades in the uranium industry, Paul has led some of the most significant ISR operations in the U.S. — most recently as CEO of enCore Energy, and earlier building Mesteña's Alta Mesa project to over a million pounds of uranium per year. He's a past president of the Uranium Producers of America, with leadership roles across the National Mining Association and Nuclear Energy Institute.

He'll advise I2M's in-situ uranium projects in Texas through leasing, permitting, and start-up production. We're glad to have him aboard.

Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., C.P.G., President and CEO of the I2M Corporation (Texas), announced today that the I2M Board of Directors has approved the engagement of Paul Goranson, P.E., as a Technical Advisor. Mr. Campbell said… “that he was pleased
