I am asking for a friend.... How does an XCMG Crawler crane make its way on to the island of Guam and is working on a US Naval base doing construction on a water front project. I'd be curious to learn if the machine was built to ANSI/ASME Standards, Meets all the Federal EPA requirements (AND) passes the buy American Rule that i have to sign off on every time i do work for the Feds...While i don't care about XCMG, i do care about how the contractors using US funds to build US Bases... Is using our tax payer money...

Working on Guam inspecting cranes. Sometimes you need to wait until they come available. SmithBridge making a two crane lift. These guys make it happen and are as professional as they come.
