It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Bryan Smith. During his battle with Leukemia, Bryan’s incredible resilience and hope inspired us all.

Over a 20 year career at Nettles, Bryan worked his way up from forklift operator to sales manager. He was much more than an employee; he was a friend and a source of light to everyone who knew him. We are extremely grateful for the two decades he spent with us. His kindness, humor, and dedication have left an indelible mark on this company. Bryan was a family man, who loved his Chiefs, cruising the Caribbean and spending time at his lake house.

Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Rest in peace, Bryan. You will be missed!

We are currently looking to fill a couple of full-time positions on our growing Spray Fireproofing Crew. Fireproofing or Construction experience is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right people. Along with local work, this job does require travel and we do pay per diem and travel time. Out of town work is typically 4-5 days out and home on the weekends. After 60 days, you will be eligible for a raise, health Insurance, retirement plan, and 5 days PTO. We are a long standing Commercial Subcontractor that has been in business since 1934 and are looking for dependable, hard working people to work on our crews.
I am looking to set up interviews, possibly this week, to start working in the next couple of weeks if not sooner.
We pour Lightweight Concrete Roof Systems, Install Roof Panels (Tectum), Pour Gypcrete Floors, Install Operable Partitions, and Spray Fireproofing in Commercial Construction. Experience always helps, but we are willing to train the right people.
New hires MUST be willing to travel, pass a drug screen, and a physical. In addition to local work, we also work in MO, KS, AR, and OK. Typically out of town up to a week at a time. Also looking for Class A CDL Drivers that work on our crews.
After 60 days, you will be eligible for a raise, benefits (Paid Holidays, a Week Paid Vacation, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance). Pay is based on experience. Base pay is $19 per hour with time and a half after 40 hrs. We also pay per diem, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
