Raymond Central’s 2026 Sales 101 Training brought our Business Development Managers together at the Kansas City branch for three days of learning, collaboration and team building!
Throughout the event, attendees heard from leaders and subject-matter experts across the organization, and from The Raymond Corporation, expanding their knowledge of Raymond products, warehouse applications, racking, systems, iWAREHOUSE reporting, leasing, service, and more! Interactive presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on exercises helped our team better understand the full range of solutions available to our customers.
Beyond the classroom, the team embraced a “work hard, play hard” mindset with group dinners, friendly competition, and opportunities to connect outside of the day-to-day work environment. These experiences helped strengthen relationships across the team while reinforcing a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
