Giving back to the communities we serve is an important part of who we are at Raymond Central. ❤️

Our team recently volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Kansas City, providing the ingredients and preparing a warm meal for families staying nearby while their family members receive medical care. After serving the meal, our volunteers packaged the remaining food so families unable to attend could enjoy it later.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together, serve others and support families when they need it most. A special thank-you to Ronald McDonald House Charities for the meaningful work you do throughout the Kansas City community!

Raymond Central’s 2026 Sales 101 Training brought our Business Development Managers together at the Kansas City branch for three days of learning, collaboration and team building!

Throughout the event, attendees heard from leaders and subject-matter experts across the organization, and from The Raymond Corporation, expanding their knowledge of Raymond products, warehouse applications, racking, systems, iWAREHOUSE reporting, leasing, service, and more! Interactive presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on exercises helped our team better understand the full range of solutions available to our customers.

Beyond the classroom, the team embraced a “work hard, play hard” mindset with group dinners, friendly competition, and opportunities to connect outside of the day-to-day work environment. These experiences helped strengthen relationships across the team while reinforcing a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Thank you to every leader, presenter and participant who helped make our first Sales 101 a valuable and memorable experience!

📣 Our second Communication Session of 2026 brought the Raymond Central team together at our Memphis location to share business updates, connect with colleagues and strengthen the relationships that help us succeed every day.

As Raymond Central celebrates 70 years this August, the session was also a meaningful opportunity to reflect on our history and look ahead to an exciting future.

We wrapped up our time together by serving alongside Memphis Urban Mission , an organization providing shelter, meals and essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness throughout the Mid-South. We were grateful for the opportunity to support its important work and give back to the community.

🏆 We couldn’t be prouder of our Raymond Central technicians who competed in The Raymond Corporation’s second annual Technician Skills Competition!

They demonstrated their expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, quality, customer engagement, Standard Work, and Raymond Lean Management.
