We are excited to spotlight Director of Operations Mohammed El Hadi! Starting his career as an engineer, moving into the Director of Sales role, and eventually stepping into Operations, Mohammed has built a deep understanding of the business. That journey across disciplines gives him a unique perspective that he brings to his work every day.
In his current role, Mohammed oversees day-to-day operations and supports the teams that keep Garsite running. What he loves most about his work is that no two days are the same. There is always a new challenge to solve, an opportunity to grow, or something new to learn. His passion for building strong teams and finding better ways to do things continues to drive the business forward.
