Hours for the individual will be, typically, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with some flexibility. The individual must be reliable. Individual will provide administrative and clerical support for the office and management. The person must be a team player.
Qualifications include prior experience in the office environment, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and excellent organization skills. Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual skill is a plus. Additional requirements for the position is maintaining confidentiality.
Duties involves the following:
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Greeting visitors
· Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
· Order entry
· Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
$16-$18/hr based on experience.
