Quality Assurance Manager

Duties and skill requirements:
The QA Manager will manage and improve processes through the implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement. The successful candidate will report to the company President on the company’s Quality Management System with a goal of zero defects. 5 – 10 years of direct Aerospace manufacturing QA experience. Full understanding of ISO and AS Quality Standards, strong supervisory and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills (MS products), analytical and root cause problem-solving skills. Proven knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GDT).

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Duties and skill requirements:

Plans numerical control programs to control contour path machining of parts for CNC machine tools. Analyze manufacturing plans, drawings, sketches, and design data of parts to determine the dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speed and feed rates. 2+ years of related experience in Aerospace manufacturing of machined components. Programming experience using NX software is a solid requirement.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Capable of reading prints with GDT tolerance and specifications to set up and program CNC machine tools. Experience in machining aluminum, alloy steels, and stainless along with other various metals. Experience with Hurco and Mastercam programming is a plus.
