I’m spying on my new Gen Z Project Coordinator and impressed with his use of technology. Here’s why:

1) When I gave him a hard copy book to present a chapter on, he did not take the book. He showed me an entire library already on his phone and clicked to my exact book. “21 Laws of Success” by John Maxwell.

2) I intentionally gave no instruction or input on his chapter presentation. When I checked up on him, he’d already found our company PowerPoint template and had the slides done. He even created his own graphic to explain the chapter.

3) In this video observation of him at his second company meeting (posted with permission), I noticed him taking notes on his iPad and navigating expertly. .

If this man represents sharp GenZers….we need more!
