Recent highlights:

🔹 Community Impact: We joined NAWIC for a walkthrough of the new Boys & Girls Club of Kalamazoo, seeing firsthand the incredible leadership of women in the field.

🔹 Investing in Talent: At the ACEC Engineering & Surveying Excellence Gala in Detroit, Andrew presented $32,000 in scholarships to the next generation of civil engineering and surveying students.

Whether we're on-site or in the boardroom, our mission remains the same: building community, both literal and figurative.

Our team had the honor of judging the Mathcounts competition at WMU in partnership with the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers. 🎓🔢

We also gathered for our 2026 Strategy Session and to celebrate our vision, we enjoyed a team-building afternoon featuring a custom soda bar and a Bob Ross-style painting session. 🥤🎨

From real-world engineering to virtual bowling lanes, the end of 2025 has been one for the books! We are so proud of the WMU Fall 2025 Capstone team - Congrats Miguel, Coraima, and Anees! We celebrated with our annual Christmas Eve Wii Tournament (Congrats Stephanie! 🎮), went duckpin bowling, and held a White Elephant exchange that proved our team has… interesting taste in mousepads. 🐭 Check out the highlights from our final gatherings of the year! 📸✨

It was a productive November as we invested in both local infrastructure and future talent!

• We joined Clark Logic and Great Lakes Capital to break ground on a 252,000 SF spec building expansion, providing civil design and construction staking for this major economic development.
• Thom Carpenter met with MSPS student surveyors at Ferris State to discuss industry technology and upcoming internship opportunities.
